The OTIS Foundation is calling on local “blokes” to have fun casual night out - whilst helping raise funds for a good cause.

Timed to coincide with the AFL Grand Final long weekend, on the evening of Thursday 29 September, the OTIS Blokes Before the Bounce event has an AFL theme.

OTIS Foundation General Manager, Rachel Mason said that there are some great prizes up for grabs, “We’re lucky to have secured a great range of prizes, including reserved seats at the 2017 ANZAC Day match, tickets 2017 Grand Final Footy Show, and a signed football jumper from the winner of last weekend’s qualifying final nail biter, Geelong.” Mrs Mason said.

“We've provided a great excuse to get some mates together and kick off the AFL Grand Final long weekend, but it’s much more than just a focus on the football. We absolutely want to get the boys together for a relaxed evening that will also help us continue to provide retreats at no cost to people living with breast cancer.

“Often when it comes to breast cancer, a disease predominately affecting women, men struggle to find the best way to help. We will be launching our challenge events on the night and we’ll be challenging our local men to host their own fundraising barbeques and sports challenges to support OTIS.” Mrs Mason said.

The OTIS Blokes Before the Bounce event will take place from 5pm on Thursday, 29 September upstairs at #Hashtag Public Bar. Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased from The OTIS Foundation office in Fountain Court, over the phone on (03) 5444 1185 or online at www.otisblokes.gofundraise.com.au.
